I am having trouble logging into my class. What can I do?
Please follow these simple steps CAREFULLY to ensure easy admission to the meeting:

What are the minimum computer requirements for take the co-parenting class?
- Desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone
- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10; Server 2008, 2012 (32 or 64-bit) with the latest service pack
- Latest build of OS X Mountain Lion (10.8), Mavericks (10.9), Yosemite (10.10), El Capitan (10.11)
- Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer-- easy to connect but a small download is required.
- Web Camera
- When joining a meeting, make sure you have Flash Player 10 or above installed and enabled in your browser
What should I do if I get disconnected from the classroom in the middle of the class?
Simply follow the steps to connect to the meeting again. Please reconnect immediately in order to fulfill the time requirements and not be expelled from the class.
Does my court accept this co-parenting class?
Our certificates of completion are guaranteed to be accepted in courts throughout the country.
If I have to cancel my scheduled class, can I take a future class?
Yes. Please call (866)778-3349 to arrange a new class time or to inquire about our self paced online class for a last minute schedule change.
Does my co-parent have to take the same co-parenting class as me?
No but it can be helpful.
How can I obtain an original certificate of completion instead of an electronic printout?

What if I have to leave in the middle of the class for an emergency?
If needed, please make arrangements for someone to be available for emergencies while you are in the web class. You are not allowed to leave the class for any length of time. The instructor has the authority to disconnect you for any absences and you will need to reschedule for another class.
Is the class a straight 4 hours or will there be a break?
You will have an option to have (2) short 5-minute break. Do not disconnect the call. You will not be allowed to leave the class at any other time.
How much does it cost and what if I have the Fee waiver form?
The course is $50.00, If you have the fee waiver form, please fax it to 775-213-3247 before you start the registration process.
